1. Personal liability for damage caused by children
By choosing this insurance option, the civil liability of the Insured’s children is covered for actions arising from the Insured and/or their children’s daily activities as individuals (excluding damage related to work, professional, or official activities, participation in organizations or associations, and damage related to the Insured’s and/or their family members' civil liability for managing real estate or movable property owned by them). The insurance sum is 3,000 EUR, with a deductible of 30 EUR. The insurance coverage period is 3 months, and the coverage territory is Lithuania.
2. Cyclist and scooter rider liability
By choosing this insurance option, the Insured’s civil liability for damage caused while controlling or using non-motorized and electric land transport vehicles (e.g., bicycles, scooters, rollerboards) with a maximum allowed power of up to 1000 W and/or a maximum speed of up to 25 km/h is covered. The technical parameters of these vehicles are evaluated based on the specifications provided by the manufacturer. The insurance sum is 3,000 EUR, with a deductible of 30 EUR. The insurance coverage period is 3 months, and the coverage territory is Lithuania.
3. Pet owner liability
By choosing this insurance option, the Insured’s civil liability for damage caused by the keeping of domestic animals (excluding reptiles, arthropods, and fighting dogs and their hybrids – i.e., those included in the list of fighting and dangerous dog breeds approved by the Director of the State Food and Veterinary Service of the Republic of Lithuania or defined as fighting and/or dangerous dogs by other legal acts) is covered. The insurance sum is 3,000 EUR, with a deductible of 30 EUR. The insurance coverage period is 3 months, and the coverage territory is Lithuania.
Terms of the offer:
- The offer is valid only during the "Kino Pavasaris 2025" festival period, from March 6, 2025, to March 23, 2025, upon filling out the form on the ERGO website and consenting to the use of the provided personal data for direct marketing purposes by ERGO Insurance SE, Lithuania branch, and ERGO Life Insurance SE.
- The offer is available only to individuals of legal age.
- Only one gift can be selected per person.
- The selected personal liability insurance coverage will be effective the day after the form is completed and consent is given for the use of personal data for direct marketing purposes.
- The insurance coverage period will be specified individually in the insurance certificate issued to each Insured, which will be sent to the specified email address.
- The confirmation of the chosen insurance coverage is the certificate, which will be sent to you within 1-2 days.
- To report an incident, you can do so online via the self-service portal at mano.ergo.lt.
- This offer is not available to employees of ERGO Insurance SE, ERGO Life Insurance SE, and their close relatives, family members, and/or relatives.
