Pricing Actuary and Business Analyst
Come and join ERGO as a Pricing Actuary and Business Analyst! In this role, you will take part in insurance product pricing using actuarial methodologies and models, while also developing advanced business analytics and data visualizations. You will work with tools like SAP BO, Power BI, and R to build automated dashboards, monitor business KPIs, and provide valuable insights to support decision-making. Responsibilities:
Insurance product pricing based on actuarial methodologies and models.
Developing business analysis and data visualizations using SAP BO, Power BI or R.
Building automated dashboards and reports that provide a view of business performance for management and other teams.
Monitoring and forecasting of main business KPI’s.
Investigating and solving data issues: data quality, data discrepancies, missing data.
Consulting other departments on actuarial and statistical information subjects.
Active participation in creating new business development solutions and implementing innovations.
Requirements:
Higher education in financial and actuarial mathematics, econometrics, statistics, data science or other similar fields (can be a final year student).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Actuarial or data science work experience (insurance pricing would be an advantage).
Experience with data processing and analysis tools (for example SAP BO, Power BI, R or similar tools).
Understanding of IFRS17 reporting would be advantage.
Excellent spoken and written English.
