Senior HR data and compensation analyst (temporary till 31.12.2026)

We are looking for an Senior HR data and compensation analyst. In this role You will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing compensation and benefits system within organization in alignment with legal framework, company strategy and market trends in the Baltic. Develop and enforce people analytics processes in organization to drive business results.

Your main responsibilities:

Developing, implementing and managing compensation and benefits programs in the Baltics.

Creating efficient processes and guidelines in the area.

Ensuring compensation area data quality and reporting within organization, group, external parties based on agreements.

Conducting market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits package, analyzing results and providing recommendations.

Coordinating the compensation and data management area related projects and initiatives.

Participation in compensation budget preparation and control process.

Analyzing and reporting area relevant data.

Our expectations:

University degree in data science, finance, economics or related.

Experience with data management and analytics, compensation management, understanding of HR process.

Deep understanding of compensation principles, market trends and legal regulations.

Analytical skills: ability to work with the large set of data.

Digital skills: proficient user of MS office, especially Excel, data analytics tools.

Data visualization and reporting skills.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills.

Project management skills treated as advantage.

Excellent English language (tasks and communication on Baltic level) and local language skills.
