ERGO's recruitment process usually has 2-3 recruitment stages. Following the submission of applications, we will contact candidates who match our recruitments and invite them to the 1st interview. Depending on the position, candidates may be asked to complete a home task and, after reviewing it, we will organise an in-person or virtual final interview. For some specific positions, the recruitment process finishes with a background check.

To prepare for an interview with ERGO, we recommend  the following:

  • Research: Learn about ERGO, including our mission, values, and recent news on our website and career page.
  • Review the job description: Understand the key responsibilities and requirements of the position.
  • Practice common interview questions: Prepare answers to common interview questions and be ready to discuss your experience and achievements.
  • Prepare questions: Think of questions you would like to ask about the role, the team, and the company culture.

At ERGO, we believe that continuous learning and development keeps employees motivated and helps each individual, and the organisation as a whole to grow. We've created a variety of learning opportunities to ensure that everyone finds the right format for them: in-house training, development programmes, external conferences and seminars, the ERGO Group Digital Academy and the work shadowing. But the key is a person's desire to learn and to find ways to develop. There are so many different ways to do this nowadays - from e-learning platforms and books to YouTube, and TikTok.

In order to support employee development, regular one-to-one meetings with the team leader have become a good routine for us over the years. The purpose of these meetings is to talk through the focus, successes and give feedback to the employee, to ask how things are going and how the manager can support the employee. Together with the manager, the employee can identify the topics and development opportunities that are right for him or her.
We grow together!
