If you have a valid Gjensidige insurance policy and want to report a claim, you can conveniently do so on the Gjensidige website.
For any questions, please write to us and submit additional documents for claim administration to zalos@ergo.lt
IMPORTANT: In case of a traffic accident in Lithuania, you can fill in the accident declaration form at draudimoivykiai.lt.
Please use ERGO's self-service menu mano.ergo.lt > Notifications > Information about the claim, or send it to zalos@ergo.lt, with the claim number in the subject line.
