Make a home insurance claim
If you want to register your claim as soon as possible, fill in the online form and submit your claim for home insurance.
In the event of an accident, it is important to stay calm and take the steps that will help you record the damage correctly.
What to do in the event of an accident?
First of all, when any incident occurs, you should take all possible measures to avoid or reduce any potential damage:
1. Stop the spread of damage
Depending on the nature of the damage, immediately inform the relevant authorities (e.g., fire safety service for a fire, police for a theft, emergency services for water or natural force damage).
2. Call for Home Assistance
Call +370 5 2332899 if you need it and we will provide free or comprehensive home assistance, depending on your insurance.
3. Inform us
Additionally, you must inform us verbally within 24 hours and follow up with a detailed written report within 3 (three) calendar days via the website www.ergo.lt/zalos or by calling the short number 1887 (from abroad +370 5 2683222).
4. Register the damage
The most convenient way to report a claim is through the self-service website mano.ergo.lt. If you do not have the possibility to identify yourself, you can also report a damage on the website online.ergo.lt/en/damages. There you can also submit all documents related to the incident.
5. Fill in the declaration
Immediately inform us in writing at zalos@ergo.lt if third parties are taking legal action against you and/or your family members for any damages caused.
