Report an incident simply and conveniently
For medical expenses abroad, contact the ERGO Insurance SE Lithuanian branch by phone +370 5 2683222 (on weekdays) or the assistance partner of the ERGO Insurance SE Lithuanian branch abroad "Euro Asista" (24 hours a day) by phone +370 52 322 944 or by e-mail claims@euroasista.lt.
If the expected costs for outpatient treatment and medicines prescribed by the doctor do not exceed 500 EUR, or the damage occurred outside of medical expenses insurance, report the incident online at www.ergo.lt/zalos.
Before applying for medical assistance in the USA, Canada or Australia, contact us or our partners Euro Asista with a request to indicate the personal health care facility where medical assistance will be provided (if it is possible to do based on the assessment of the medical condition).
In case you do not have the means to pay for the necessary assistance yourself, ask the medical institution to contact our partner Euro Asista.
