ERGO’s claims team makes sure that customers are compensated as quickly as possible when they experience an insurance event – whether it is transport, property, accident, health or any other type of insurance. The job of a claim adjuster is like putting together a puzzle – he or she is the one who gathers the facts, data and figures related to an insurance event, in other words, builds a picture of the event. The insurance benefit is calculated and paid accordingly. 

Communication with the customer is an essential part of the day-to-day work of the claim adjuster – during the case, when clarifying information, and when communicating the decision.

Heads of the units ensure that processes are improved, staff knowledge is enhanced, and that the claims process is orderly and fast, easy and without delay.

Claim investigators examine cases where they suspect people of acting in bad faith and trying to get insurance benefits to which they are not entitled. Recourse specialists help you recover the sums to which the insurer is entitled under the laws and regulations.
