List of Critical Illnesses (Applicable when the insured person is aged between 18 and 65):

  1. Malignant tumor
  2. Myocardial infarction
  3. Stroke
  4. Coronary artery bypass surgery
  5. Chronic renal failure
  6. Organ, tissue complex, or bone marrow transplant
  7. Heart valve surgery
  8. Aortic surgery
  9. Limb paralysis
  10. Total loss of vision (blindness)
  11. Deafness
  12. Loss of speech
  13. Multiple sclerosis
  14. Alzheimer's disease (diagnosed before 65 years old)
  15. Persistent vegetative state
  16. Aplastic anemia
  17. Benign brain tumor
  18. Primary cardiomyopathy
  19. Liver failure
  20. Chronic lung disease
  21. Coma
  22. Sporadic Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease
  23. Acute viral encephalitis
  24. Fulminant viral hepatitis
  25. Severe head injury
  26. HIV infection from blood transfusion
  27. HIV infection acquired at work while legally employed
  28. Loss of limbs
  29. Third-degree burns
  30. Motor neuron disease
  31. Bacterial meningitis
  32. Muscular dystrophy
  33. Primary pulmonary hypertension
  34. Idiopathic Parkinson's disease (diagnosed before 65 years old)
  35. Systemic scleroderma
  36. Systemic lupus erythematosus
  37. Chronic pancreatitis
  38. Severe rheumatoid arthritis

List of Critical Illnesses for Children (Applicable when the insured person is aged between 2 and 18):

  1. Malignant tumor;
  2. Chronic renal failure;
  3. Organ, tissue complex, or bone marrow transplant;
  4. Limb paralysis;
  5. Total loss of vision (blindness);
  6. Deafness;
  7. Benign brain tumor;
  8. Coma;
  9. Acute viral encephalitis;
  10. Severe head injury;
  11. Loss of limbs;
  12. Bacterial meningitis;
  13. Insulin-dependent diabetes (Type 1);
  14. Severe asthma exacerbation.
