  14. Alzheimer's disease;
  15. Idiopathic Parkinson's disease;
  16. Persistent vegetative state;
  17. Primary cardiomyopathy;
  18. Sporadic Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease;
  19. Aplastic anemia;
  20. Benign brain tumor;
  21. Coma;
  22. Liver failure;
  23. Chronic lung disease;
  24. Acute viral encephalitis;
  25. Fulminant viral hepatitis;
  26. Severe head injury;
  27. Loss of limbs;
  28. HIV infection from blood transfusion;

  10. Severe head injury;
  11. Loss of limbs;
  12. Bacterial meningitis;
  13. Severe asthma exacerbation;
  14. Insulin-dependent diabetes (Type 1).
