We are committed to respecting and safeguarding your privacy and personal data as data subjects; therefore, we have adopted this Privacy Policy for Job Candidates' Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy").
This Policy may be amended, supplemented, or updated. You can find the latest and most relevant version of the Policy here.

  • References, employer feedback: the person recommending the candidate or providing feedback, their contact information, the content of the recommendation or feedback.
  • Candidate evaluation information: summary of the interview with the candidate, insights and opinions from the person(s) conducting the selection, results of candidate testing.

Special categories of candidates' personal data are collected and processed only to the extent necessary for the selection for a specific job position and as permitted by applicable laws.
  • During the selection process: submission of application documents and the legitimate interest of the Company to select the most suitable candidate.
  • When collecting data related to criminal convictions: to verify whether the individual meets the requirements established by law and/or applicable legal acts for the position or work.
  • After the selection process is completed: the candidate's consent for further processing of their personal data.

The Company ensures that your personal data will remain confidential and will not be used for any purposes other than the selection process. If, after the selection for the respective position, the Company does not choose your candidacy and does not enter into an employment contract with you, without your consent for further data processing, all personal data collected for selection purposes will be destroyed at the end of the selection process.

Your refusal to be included in the Company's candidate database or the withdrawal of your consent will not prevent you from participating in the selection for the specific position you are applying for.

Upon receiving your consent to include your data in the Company’s candidate database, the information you provided (in this case, your resume (CV) and/or cover letter) will be stored for one (1) year from the end date of the selection process, in order to provide information about future recruitment and selection processes. The end date of the selection process is considered to be the date of signing the employment contract with the individual for the advertised position.

Longer retention of your personal data than specified in this Policy may occur only when:

  • there are reasonable suspicions of unlawful activity being investigated;
  • your data is necessary for the proper resolution of a dispute or complaint;
  • other grounds established by legal acts apply.

Most often, the Company receives your data directly from you—when you respond to our job advertisement and/or submit your resume (CV) and/or cover letter and other application documents.

Information about your candidacy, your resume (CV), and/or other application documents may also be obtained by the Company from entities providing job search, selection, and/or intermediary services, e.g., from the State Employment Service of the Republic of Lithuania, recruitment agencies, specialized career social networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and/or career portals.

The Company may also obtain certain information from third parties, such as persons recommending you or current or former employers, but this information will only be collected if you provide consent to contact the employer or another person you named.
