Advising on insurance services, finding the most appropriate and up-to-date solutions for our customers and answering every question – this is the job of our sales team.

The customer journey with ERGO often starts with a face-to-face consultation at the office or a phone conversation with Call Centre specialists. The Call Centre and office staff are often the first from whom customers ask for advice on the best insurance protection or for help when an insurance event occurs. It is a dynamic working environment where the ability to communicate, explain and help is highly valued.

Our customers range from individuals to the largest companies in their industry. Individuals and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are serviced by sales specialists at ERGO offices in Vilnius and in the regions. While the Corporate Sales Division is responsible for large companies and building long-term relationships with ERGO’s partners – alternative sales channels (banks, car dealers, etc.) and insurance brokers.

The main strength of the sales team is the salespeople who are willing to learn and develop their skills, as well as team leaders and sales trainers who help our salespeople develop their professional skills in order to deliver the best ERGO customer service experience.
