Process Efficiency Specialist (Maternity cover)
Come and join ERGO in a Baltic role as – Process Efficiency Specialist.
We are seeking an experienced Process Efficiency Specialist to join our team on a temporary contract basis (approx. 2 years) to cover maternity leave. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing value-adding process management, with a focus on operational risk management at the process level. You will work closely with business units to analyze, improve, and harmonize processes across the Baltic States using ADONIS and Archer methodologies and tools.

Your main responsibilities:
Implement value adding process management including operational risk management on process level using the methodology and tools (ADONIS and Archer) provided by ERGO Group.
Provide operational support, guidance and trainings to business units in process management.
Manage process value chain in BPM tool (Adonis) and provide guidance and support to the process owners/managers while working with the processes.
Work and cooperate with business units to analyze, review, identify and document business processes and improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, harmonize across mirror functions in the Baltic States and coordinate process improvements.
Participate in projects, especially in the area of process management.
Develop own knowledge and increase professional qualification.
Our expectations:
Higher education (preferable: business administration or similar).
Experience in process management (preferable: certification in Lean or other process management methodologies/techniques).
Excellent knowledge of English and local language skills.
Experience in insurance or financial industry.
Knowledge of the Internal Control System methodology.
Analytical and problem solving skills - both individually and through cross-functional teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work proactively and high sense of responsibility.
