Success manager in IT department
We are looking for an IT Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting IT and Gap analyses, collaborating closely with business analysts and developers to ensure that all business needs are addressed and properly documented. Your tasks will include finalizing requirements, offering relevant solutions, and proposing alternative approaches based on business needs. Your main responsibilities:
Conducting IT / Gap analysis.
Finalizing requirements ensuring that all business needs are addressed in cooperation with business analyst.
Ensuring that system analysis solutions are documented.
Offering relevant solutions and alternative approaches pending on the business needs.
Close cooperation with developers and heads of competence centers to ensure specific technical insight for the business and to deliver high quality results.
Supporting preparing the estimation of the implementation costs of changes where applicable.

Experience in Business Analyst or IT analyst role.
Consistent track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results.
Experience delivering intense software development schedules.
Strategic mind-set, strongly oriented on efficiency and customers.
Exceptional teamwork and cooperation skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Fluent English and local language skills.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Computer Science or Information Technology or comparable track record of work experience.
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence is advantageous.
Work experience in the field of insurance or banking gives an advantage.
