Head of Underwriting Division
We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to take on the role of Head of Underwriting Division in Lithuania. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, have a deep understanding of insurance underwriting, and excel in team leadership, this role is for you.
Your main responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and regulate the division’s activities to ensure efficient and high-quality operations.
Develop and implement harmonized insurance product processes and principles.
Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Foster communication and cooperation across teams, sharing best practices.
Supervise the division’s performance, motivate the team, and manage tasks and evaluations.
Represent the company in discussions with the Motor Bureau, Insurance Association, and other insurance-related institutions.
Our expectations:
Higher education with strong skills in strategic planning, analysis, and decision-making.
Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Fluency in Lithuanian and proficiency in English.
Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and data systems.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Understanding of the insurance sector and previous experience is a strong advantage.
