Senior planning and controlling specialist (Baltic responsibility)
We are looking for a Senior Planning and Controlling Specialist (Baltic Responsibility). In this role, you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, providing financial analysis and strategic insights to support business decisions. You will collaborate with department managers to monitor financial performance, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions. Your main responsibilities:
Participate in budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process.
Produce regular and/or ad-hoc financial reporting to give an overview of business and financial performance.
Provide support to department managers in budgeting and controlling process.
Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying deviations and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
Effectively contribute to data management in the company.
Depending on the previous experience of the Candidate, the role might also involve participation in strategic projects (covering financial tasks) or leading improvement processes in planning and controlling area.
Our expectations:
Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in financial, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and/or controlling roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
Strategic mind-set, strongly oriented on business and efficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Fluent English and local language skills.
