ABAP Developer
We are looking for an ABAP Developer. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and documenting software solutions in collaboration with business analysts, architects, and other developers. You will also provide consultations to colleagues from other departments on standards, work processes, guidelines, and technologies. If you have at least 5 years of professional experience, expertise in OO ABAP, REST services, and are responsible, analytical, and eager to mentor junior team members, we encourage you to apply!
Your main responsibilities:
Design, implement and document software programs in cooperation with business analysts, architects, and other developers.
Consultations for employees of other organizational units regarding standards, work processes, guidelines and technologies used in the Department and across other Departments.
Training and/or mentoring of the junior staff in the respective area of expertise.
Delivery of complex/multi-level developments across our technical landscape.
Ensure software compliance to company guidelines and industry best practice standards.
Key skills: OO ABAP; custom development and product configurations based on customer specification (reports, BADI enhancements); REST services.
Our expectations:
At least 5 years of professional experience and at least 2 years as ABAP developer.
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and documenting software programs in collaboration with analysts, architects, and developers.
Excellent English and local languages communication skills for effective teamwork and documentation.
Experience mentoring junior staff and guiding standards, processes, and technologies.
Skilled in delivering complex software solutions while ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and responsible approach to work.
