Business Analyst of Management Board Members
We are looking for a highly skilled professional to act as a strategic partner to two Management Board members, ensuring effective decision-making based on data analysis, driving key initiatives, and overseeing executive operations. This role requires leadership, strong analytical thinking, and financial acumen, as well as the ability to independently manage high-impact projects and navigate complex topics.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Business Support: Conduct business analysis of data sets and financial KPIs, synthesize insights, work with data to provide strategic recommendations to support high-level decision-making. Prepare reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
Operational Excellence & Driving Processes: Take ownership of key operational processes, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness. Work on improvement and automation of reports. Lead high-impact projects from initiation to execution, ensuring measurable outcomes and process improvements.
Executive Communications: Act as a liaison between the Board members and key internal/external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and efficient information flow. Oversee the preparation, review, and distribution of critical Board materials, facilitating seamless collaboration across departments.
Meeting & Agenda Management: Lead and coordinate Management Board meetings, ensuring strategic discussions remain action driven. Prepare agendas, oversee materials, document key insights, and track execution of follow-up actions.

Your Background:
University degree (preferably in corporate finance, business, economics, or related fields).
Proven experience in leading projects or driving business operations with measurable results.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to work with data.
