Digital Solutions Project Manager
Come and join ERGO as – Digital Solutions Project Manager. The primary responsibility of the Digital Project Manager is to coordinate and align customer digital touchpoints across the Baltic region. The goal is to ensure a consistent, high-quality digital customer experience in all markets by supporting the development of self-service solutions, aligning communication channels, and identifying synergies and innovative approaches.

Your main responsibilities:
Coordinate improvements to call center technologies, including implementing new features and ensuring the full utilization of existing capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish key milestones.
Coordinate end-to-end projects aimed at digitalizing customer touchpoints by identifying areas for improvement and streamlining processes.
Coordinate the development and enhancement of self-service solutions in collaboration with relevant teams, helping to ensure customers can manage their services conveniently and efficiently.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of tools for collecting customer feedback and improving communication.
Promote and support the implementation of new digital solutions in close cooperation with Group teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Continuously monitor digital trends and market developments within the Baltic region.
Prepare, review, and communicate reports related to digital initiatives within the Group.
Our expectations:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in digital solution delivery.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent English and local language skills (Latvian, Lithuanian, or Estonian).
Understanding of UX/UI principles and software development life cycles (preferred skill).
Experience in data-driven or AI-enabled project environments (preferred skill).
