Authorization

Dear Customer,

To access and use the ERGO self-service account, we kindly ask you to complete the Legal Entity Authorization Form. The authorization is granted to a specific individual who will be able to log in and manage your business data in the ERGO self-service account.

This form is required only for Swedbank clients. Clients of other banks must contact their respective banks to arrange for authorization to manage legal entity data.

The authorization is a written document through which a person (the principal) grants another person (the authorized representative) the right to represent the principal, establishing and maintaining relations with third parties.

How to submit the authorization?

  1. Download  PDF form here.
  2. Complete the form and save the data.
  3. Send the form via email to info@ergo.lt.

After receiving the form and creating the account, you will receive a confirmation via email, allowing you to successfully log in to the ERGO self-service system.
