Sometimes, saying “sorry” is not enough.
Your liability for damage caused to others will be insured in the following situations:
- during summer leisure activities or time spent in nature;
- while skiing in winter;
- when riding bicycles or rollerblades;
- if you are keeping pets;
- in your primary place of residence;
- in other properties you own;
- while maintaining or taking care of properties;
- for rented or leased property;
- for rented items.
Additional Information and Conditions
During the campaign period, a 25% discount applies to the personal liability insurance option “Personal Liability.”
The offer is valid for ERGO clients who:
- have not previously held the “Personal Liability” insurance option;
- have a valid household property insurance contract or are concluding a new household property insurance contract together with personal liability insurance, but have not previously had the “Personal Liability” insurance option or this type of insurance;
- have previously held the “Homeowner’s Liability” or “Homeowner’s Liability Plus” insurance option and are renewing their contract with the broader “Personal Liability” insurance option, or are concluding an additional personal liability insurance contract with the “Personal Liability” option;
Campaign period: from July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 (inclusive).
The campaign contracts are subject to the minimum premium of personal liability insurance.
The discount is applied to the standard premium. No additional discounts apply during the campaign period.
