Head of Digital, Marketing and (CX) Division in Baltics (Maternity cover)
We are looking for an experienced leader to head our Digital, Marketing, and Customer Experience (CX) division across the Baltics. This is a fixed-term maternity cover position for approximately two years. In this role, you will shape and lead regional marketing strategy, manage cross-country teams, and ensure strong brand visibility and a seamless customer journey. You will also be responsible for the digital development of the company, working closely with other business areas to drive customer-focused, data-driven growth and help position ERGO as a leading, innovative insurance company in the region.

Responsibilities:
Develop and lead Digital, Marketing, and Customer Experience (CX) strategies across the Baltics.
Align local plans with ERGO Group and ERGO Baltics targets, including regular reporting and collaboration.
Manage cross-functional teams, budgets, and strategic initiatives to drive performance and growth.
Set CX and customer journey standards, including digital UX.
Build brand awareness and monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to adjust strategies.
Oversee digital platforms, campaigns, sponsorships, and coordinate with Sales, Underwriting, Product Develop, and IT.
Ensure regional alignment of processes and participate in ERGO Group projects and external representation.
Our expectations:
Proven experience in managing complex marketing and communication projects, ideally in a regional or international setting.
Strong skills in data analysis, metrics-based decision-making, and marketing performance optimization.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, grounded in empathy and collaboration.
Track record of ownership and execution in a high-pace, agile environment.
Fluency in English and local language skills.
Familiarity with CX, digital customer journeys, brand management, and cross-channel marketing.
