IT Governance Manager
We are looking for an IT Governance Manager to establish and oversee governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulations (DORA, NIS2, ISO) and corporate policies. The role includes managing IT performance, vendor governance, audits, and emerging technology risks, while acting as a central point of contact for regulators and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Establish, implement, and maintain the IT governance framework, aligning with corporate policies, regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, NIS2, ISO standards), and industry best practices.
Monitor and report on overall IT performance, service delivery quality, and adherence to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Oversee and coordinate internal control processes, compliance self-assessments, and audits.
Ensure effective governance of outsourced IT vendors and service providers.
Lead IT governance activities related to procurement, third-party risk management (TPRM), and due diligence.
Coordinate and prepare responses to regulators, internal audit, financial supervisory authorities, and other governance stakeholders.
Provide oversight of ICT process activities (change, incident, problem, and release management).
Ensure proper governance and ethical use of emerging technologies, including oversight of AI solutions and related risk management.
Drive continuous improvement of governance processes, performance monitoring, and IT risk transparency.
Act as a central contact point for governance-related topics within the IT division.
What We Expect:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
Proven experience in IT governance, IT service management, or IT compliance in a financial or regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of governance and compliance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, DORA, AI act).
Experience with third-party/vendor risk management and procurement governance.
Familiarity with EU regulatory framework DORA and financial supervisory authority requirements.
Understanding of IT operations, service delivery processes, and performance monitoring.
Knowledge of AI governance and ethical considerations of digital technologies is an advantage.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
Fluency in English and local language skills.
