IT Solution Architect
In this role, you will design and implement solution architecture in collaboration with business analysts, developers, and external partners. You’ll ensure clear and effective system designs, support the business team during IT development, and mentor the development team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Design and document solution architecture to align with stakeholders' needs.
Identify and mitigate risks related to the architecture, ensuring robust and secure solutions.
Drive efficiency by supporting staff in adopting smarter workflows and streamlining processes.
Develop scalable, future-proof code libraries and database schemas, ensuring integrity, security, and optimized performance.
Our Expectations:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect, senior developer, or systems analyst.
In-depth knowledge and practical expertise with diverse programming languages and development methodologies.
Proven ability to take ownership and successfully deliver high-quality consumer software products.
Proficiency in English and the local language.
Experience in the insurance or banking sector is a strong advantage.
