Procurement Specialist for the Baltic States
Come and join ERGO in a Baltic role as – Procurement Specialist for the Baltic States! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team and act as the central regional contact for all procurement-related matters across the ERGO Group in the Baltic States. This role is key to supporting, monitoring, and enhancing procurement and third-party risk management (TPRM) processes within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement and TPRM guidelines, frameworks, and templates.
Support employees in procurement and TPRM-related tasks and ensure process consistency.
Participate in procurement processes and committees, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation, data, and reporting for procurement and TPRM activities.
Review long-term contracts, monitor market trends, and suggest vendor changes when relevant.
Collaborate with ERGO Group on cost-saving opportunities and manage procurement and third-party registries.
Requirements:
Proven experience in procurement processes, solid understanding of procurement principles.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
Strong attention to detail, especially in maintaining accurate documentation.
Excellent cooperation and communication skills.
Fluent in English and local language, both written and spoken.
Advanced user of Microsoft Office programs.
