Project Manager
We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as a Project Manager. In this role, you will lead strategic projects and initiatives across ERGO Baltics, oversee the project portfolio, and identify opportunities for business growth. If you have proven experience in complex project management, strong analytical and organizational skills, fluency in English (and one Baltic language), and the ability to inspire and drive change – we invite you to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Manage strategic projects and initiatives of ERGO Baltics according to ERGO Baltics project management framework.
Monitor the Project Portfolio of ERGO Baltics with the aim to ensure an active project portfolio management.
Identify and analyze business opportunities for business growth and initiate new projects / propose ideas to respective business units, prepare any follow-up action recommendations.
Our expectations:
At least 5-years’ experience in complex project management position, preferably in financial sector.
High analytical and organisational skills.
High proficiency in MS Office application, especially power point and excel.
Fluency in English and one of the Baltic languages.
Good team and change management skills.
Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, persuade and argument.
High sense of responsibility, competence to solve problems in a creative and timely manner.
