Scrum Master
We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as a Scrum Master. In this role you will facilitate Agile workflows, support teams in sprint planning, and drive collaboration across regional development teams. If you have experience in IT project delivery, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English (and one Baltic language) – we invite you to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and workflows (Scrum, Kanban).
Support sprint planning and coach teams on Agile best practices.
Drive collaboration across regional development teams.
Track key delivery metrics and foster continuous improvement.
Promote Agile mindset and team development.
Align delivery with product roadmaps and business goals.
Manage budgets within the value stream.
Ensure compliance with Agile standards and data security.
Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, Architects, and Engineers.
Our Expectations:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or similar.
3+ years in IT Analysis or Project Management.
Strong grasp of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
Experience in full-cycle product delivery.
Skills in backlog, estimation, and facilitation.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Fluent English and local language skills.
Insurance/finance experience is a plus.
