Senior Accountant
Come and join ERGO in a Baltic role as Senior Accountant! We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. The main purpose of the role is to ensure that all accounting operations are properly documented, compliant with legal requirements, and accurately reflected in the company’s financial records. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting audits, and collaborating across departments.

About the role:
Ensure proper documentation of accounting operations and compliance with legal and internal regulations.
Manage and process primary documents from company units, prepare summary reports, and maintain accountability forms.
Account for company assets and expenses, including long-term tangible/intangible assets, taxes, travel, advertising, and inventory.
Perform reconciliations and reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual tax/statistical reports, and support audits.
Analyze transactions and balances, report findings to relevant departments, and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
Consult with colleagues from other departments, share expertise, and support in resolving accounting and bookkeeping issues.
What we are looking for:
Higher education in finance or accounting.
At least 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably with tax declarations and IFRS16 knowledge.
Strong knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., SAP, D365, Axapta) and excellent Excel skills.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and accuracy, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Good time management and initiative, combined with professionalism and respectful communication with colleagues and clients.
