Tech Architect

As a Tech Architect at ERGO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our software systems, ensuring alignment with business goals, architectural principles, and modern engineering practices. You will collaborate with developers, solution architects, and tech leads to design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems. You’ll also provide technical leadership, ensure consistent implementation of standards, and support the team through guidance, mentoring, and reviews.
Your main responsibilities:
Define and evolve the technical architecture in cooperation with Solution Architect to ensure it meets business and operational requirements.
Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.
Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to development team
Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Support risk identification and mitigation in architectural decisions.
Promote reusability and efficiency through common components and architectural patterns
Drive technical transformation inline with enterprise architecture . Perform code reviews.
Step into and take part of complex development task.
Our expectations:
3-5 years experience as a Tech Architect, Senior Developer, or similar technical leadership role.
Deep technical expertise in modern architectures, such as microservices, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
Hands-on experience with various programming languages (JAVA, PHP, .NET), frameworks, and development methodologies.
Proven ability to guide teams and influence technology direction and decision-making.
Fluent English and proficiency in a local language.
Experience in insurance or banking is a plus.
