• New and existing customers (individuals) who conclude an annual insurance contract.
• Insurance of residential buildings or household property (valid for permanently occupied homes, non-permanent residences, and rental properties).

The special conditions of the offer apply for one year from the date the insurance contract is concluded and are valid if specified in the insurance policy.
