We would like to inform you that due to planned maintenance works, all ERGO systems will be temporarily unavailable from February 7, 2026, 4:00 PM until February 8, 2026, 11:59 PM.
These updates are carried out to further strengthen data and cybersecurity measures and to ensure more stable and reliable system performance in the future.
Where to turn in case of a claim or health insurance reimbursement?
- Roadside assistance or emergency home assistance – will operate as usual.

+370 5 232 29 44 - Health insurance mobile app – will be unavailable.
We recommend obtaining an invoice from the medical institution and submitting it from February 9. - ERGO claims registration via mano.ergo.lt and online.ergo.lt – will be unavailable.
You may submit a claim by email at zalos@ergo.lt or, from February 9, online as usual.

Important information about an expiring insurance policy
If your insurance policy is nearing its expiry date, we recommend taking care of the renewal in advance.
You can do this in the way that is most convenient for you:
- contact your insurance representative,
- fill in the enquiry form,
- call us at 1887.
