Planned ERGO system maintenance

We would like to inform you that all ERGO systems will be temporarily unavailable from February 13, 2026, at 10:00 PM until February 16, 2026, at 11:59 PM, due to planned maintenance works.

These updates are carried out to further strengthen data and cybersecurity measures and to ensure more stable and reliable system performance in the future.

Please note that ERGO branches will be closed on February 16, 2026.

Where to turn in case of a claim or health insurance reimbursement?

• Roadside assistance or emergency home assistance – will operate as usual.

• Assistance abroad (medical expenses) – will operate as usual.

• Health insurance mobile app – will be unavailable.
  We recommend obtaining an invoice from the medical institution and submitting it from February 17.
• ERGO claims registration via mano.ergo.lt and online.ergo.lt – will be unavailable.
  You may submit a claim by email at zalos@ergo.lt or, from February 17, online as usual.
