Where I can buy new insurance solutions?
All existing contracts with Gjensidige clients will remain valid under their current terms and conditions. When it is time to renew, a Gjensidige representative will contact you to introduce ERGO insurance solutions. You can explore ERGO products here.
For those insured with residential property insurance, we offer an additional insurance protection against phone scams, with an insurance coverage amount of 550 EUR

My Gjensidige insurance policies
Your existing Gjensidige policies are available in the Gjensidige self-service portal, while your ERGO policies can be accessed in the ERGO self-service portal.

Gjensidige claims
What to do in the case of a claim event?
Nothing changes. Gjensidige will continue to handle claims under your current insurance contract as usual. You can submit a claim on Gjensidige website.
If the insurance contract was with ERGO at the time of the claim, please submit your claim via the ERGO website.
