Where can I apply for health care services for employees?

Outpatient services

For health problems, we recommend that you contact your general practitioner who will prescribe a treatment plan or, if necessary, refer you to the appropriate specialist. If outpatient services are assigned to you, we invite you to rationally use ERGO health insurance and before applying for a paid service, familiarise yourself with the list of medical institutions that provide outpatient healthcare services paid by the State and information on waiting times.

Scheduled inpatient services

Before performing a surgery, we recommend that you consult with an ERGO consultant. You can contact an ERGO partner directly, informing them that you have ERGO health insurance and asking them to coordinate the surgery with ERGO. If the surgery is planned not at an ERGO partner, please consult with e-mail regarding the surgery by e-mail sveikatos_zalos@ergo.lt or by telephone 1887.

Important!

The majority of treatment services – consultations or tests – are paid for by the State. These services are of high quality and often available without long queues. The ERGO card can be used to pay for tests, treatment or medicines in all medical institutions that have signed a cooperation agreement with ERGO. By contacting these medical institutions for a physician’s consultations or tests, you can save ERGO insurance funds and use them to cover higher additional costs in the future. If you receive partially State-funded services in a public medical institution, we will cover the additional treatment costs assigned to you.
